ORLANDO - 76ers shooting guard Xavier Silas left the second half of Friday's Orlando Summer League game with what appeared to be a head injury ( video here ) after he collided with several players and fell into a row of chairs that were courtside.
Speculation during and following the game was that Silas suffered a skull fracture, but a member of the 76ers public relations staff said the team would not comment on the injury and would release a statement if more information was divulged.
