An obituary Monday for the actress Celeste Holm gave an incorrect year of her birth. She was born in 1917. The incorrect information was supplied by the Associated Press.

A story in some editions Monday about the annual tribute in Tabernacle to the aviator Emilio Carranza misstated the year when the memorial to the Mexican flier was built at the site of his fatal crash. It was erected in 1931 and dedicated in 1933. In addition, Carranza was 22, not 23, when he died. The incorrect information was supplied by the Associated Press.

An item Monday in "On the Boards" incorrectly mentioned Melissa Dietrich and Michelle Freeman, who were the 2012 recipients of the Forum of Executive Women's award for emerging women leaders.

A story Tuesday misstated the timing of cuts made in the Montgomery County parks budget. The cuts were made in January 2011, prior to the election of Democrats Josh Shapiro and Leslie S. Richards to the County Board of Commissioners.
