Try Grilled Peach Salad, Barnegate Bay Jumbo Sea Scallops with sweet corn risotto, or fresh linguine from Jersey's Severino Pasta with a mushroom and goat cheese sauce.

Saturday is Ernest Hemingway's birthday.
