Police in Bucks County are searching for the driver involved in a Sunday morning hit-and-run incident that left a pedestrian hospitalized in critical condition.
John Rearick, 23, of Croydon, was struck by a vehicle around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday while walking on New Falls Road in Middletown Township, according to police. He sustained serious head injuries and was taken to St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne.
Police described the vehicle as possibly red or maroon in color. It was last seen traveling westbound on New Falls Road.
