THE METS, as everyone in Philly knows, are a bunch of losers. But, if a certain scorned woman keeps a promise, the entire team is about to score. And we mean SCORE.

Back in 2004, Anna Benson, wife of then-Mets pitcher Kris Benson, told shock jock Howard Stern that if she ever caught her husband cheating she would "do everybody on his whole team," including the coaches and groundskeepers.

Well guess what? That's right, old Kris was caught warming up in the wrong bullpen.

Anna, a cast member of VH1's "Baseball Wives," recently said she discovered Kris was having an affair with one of her friends by snooping around his Facebook account.

"It started with sexy text messages and that kind of stuff," Benson told Fox News. "[My friend and I] were very close. Her mother was my nanny during ‘Baseball Wives' — that's how close we were. She and Kris are both denying the affair, saying it was just inappropriate talk, but there were all of these sexy messages between them. And you just don't talk with somebody like that that you're not having sex with."

Scratch that

Just about everyone thought Adam Scott was going to win the British Open, including tournament officials who gave the go-ahead to engrave his name on the champion's medal.

ESPN was able to catch a picture (below) of the medal, which, of course, Scott never received.
