The FBI and Radnor Township police are investigating a "vague telephone threat" made to police concerning Villanova University, according to an email sent to faculty, students and staff.
Ann E. Diebold, vice president for communicaitons said in the email the university "has been in on-going contact with law enforcement, which does not believe these calls are credible."
Radnor Township police, the FBI and Villanova officials did not return calls for comment.
"Similar calls appear to have been placed by the same individual to other organizations throughout the country," Diebold said in the email.
