About the Soul: At 15-3, the Soul enter the playoffs with the AFL's best regular-season record and riding an eight-game win streak. The Soul have the best offense in the league, averaging 68.2 points per game. While quarterback Dan Raudabaugh doesn't throw for a lot of yards by AFL standards, he is one of the more efficient passers, throwing for 115 touchdowns against 18 interceptions. Tiger Jones was his best target, hauling in 47 touchdowns this season, but he is at the Eagles' training camp right now trying to fulfill his NFL dream.

About the Voodoo: New Orleans sneaked into the playoffs with an 8-10 record. The Voodoo are a middle-of-the-pack squad, ranking ninth in the league in total offense and 10th in total defense. The Voodoo have a couple of difference- makers in the defensive backfield. Alvin Jackson leads the AFL with 14 interceptions, and Jeremy Kellem is tied for seventh with nine picks.

Last meeting: The two teams met in the season opener at New Orleans on March 18. The Soul won, 63-62.
