Penn Charter's Daryl Worley, a wide receiver and defensive back, has orally committed to West Virginia.
Worley, who was recently clocked at 4.35 seconds in the 40-yard dash, was in Morgantown on Sunday and Monday. A dangerous kick returner, he also considered Pittsburgh and Syracuse.
