Kenneth C. Fordham Sr., 83, a Radnor dentist from 1954 to 2004, died of complications from dementia on Tuesday, July 17, at Avow Hospice in Naples, Fla. He had moved from Strafford to Florida in 2006.
Born in Regensburg, Germany, Dr. Fordham graduated from Vineland (N.J.) High School in 1946, earned a bachelor's in biology at Ursinus College in 1949, and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1953.
He served in the Army Dental Corps in West Germany in 1953-54.
Dr. Fordham taught periodontics as a part-time adjunct professor at the Penn dental school from 1957 to 1985, his son Kenneth C. Jr. said.
