What to eat: No matter the craving, Guapos Tacos has a taco that satisfies. We loved the fish tacos, cooked to perfection and smothered in a chipotle rémoulade with pickled red cabbage and avocado aioli. The chicken and chipotle short-rib tacos are standard fare, but the carnitas taco comes alive with a pineapple habanero salsa.
Don't miss: Handmade guacamole, with just a hint of lime juice, served with crispy chips.
Insane value: No pair of tacos exceeds $4, including tax.
Stay slim: If you're tired of dull, run-of-the-mill salad, try the Tostada Verde. A zesty lime vinaigrette demands your taste buds' attention on a green salad atop a crispy tortilla.
Find it: Guapos' eclectic, bottle-cap colored truck can usually be found around the Love Park perimeter but has rotated anywhere from Citizens Bank Park on Phillies' opening day to SugarHouse Casino to University City to 30th Street Station. Hours from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Backstory: Jose Garces' mobile venture kicked off in March 2011, bouncing through Philly's hot spots to serve mouthwatering tacos at a reasonable price. A replica Guapos truck has since been parked in the new food court at Atlantic City's Revel resort, just a few steps from one of Garces' more prominent brands in Village Whiskey Atlantic City.
