A 22-year-old man was shot and killed shortly after midnight at 23rd and Mifflin Streets, according to Philadelphia homicide detectives.
Police said the victim was shot multiple times at about 12:15 a.m. today. He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where he was pronounced dead.
Detectives say they have questioned people, and that the incident is still under investigation.
