An early morning traffic fatality on I-295 North in Burlington County may have been the result of a medical problem, according to New Jersey State Police.
About 12:16 a.m., a trooper went to the scene in Bordentown, near Exit 57, and found a woman dead inside a 2001 Cadillac Eldorado in the median.
She was Nancy Giovacchini, 74, of Trenton.
She was apparently driving north, when the car left the road, according to Trooper Christopher Kay.
No other vehicles were involved.
