A 45-year-old Philadelphia man surrendered to police today after allegedly exposing himself to several women over the course of two months in the city's Germantown section.

Investigators had issued an arrest warrant for Steven Barrick, of Pulaski Avenue, late Tuesday for strolling around naked in and around the Queen Lane SEPTA commuter rail station on three separate occassions.

Women saw the flasher June 8 and 16, and July 20. In one case, a woman walked past a man she said was fully dressed, only to see him minutes later on the train platform wearing only his boots.

Barrick, who turned himself in at Special Victims Headquarters, was charged with three counts of indecent exposure and open lewdness.
