Man burned near SEPTA station, halting service

A 20-year-old man was severely burned when he touched a power line above a SEPTA train Friday night in Doylestown, authorities said.

The accident occurred shortly before 10 p.m. just south of the Doylestown station, authorities said. The man reportedly was on top of the train when he was burned. He was transported to Doylestown Hospital.

A SEPTA spokeswoman said all service was halted at the station while police investigated. - Robert Moran
