People have been wondering which local salon gave Miley Cyrus the dramatic new haircut she unveiled to fans on Twitter Sunday night.

The pop star, who has been staying around Washington Square for about a month with fiance Liam Hemsworth while he's shooting "Paranoia" with Harrison Ford and Gary Oldman, took an Acela train to and from New York Sunday for her new skater punk haircut, which makes her oddly resemble Justin Bieber.

She tweeted that she has never felt more like herself with her new hipster cut. She looks as if she should get a DJ night spinning indie rock/electro at the Barbary (951 Frankford) or maybe even play the next Making Time rager at Voyeur (1225 St. James). But if Miley's happy, we're happy.

OUT AND ABOUT Speaking of Ford, whose head is shaved for his role in "Paranoia": He lunched Monday at Parc on Rittenhouse Square. * Phillies veterans Darren Daulton and Pat Burrell stopped into R2L for drinks Saturday night after the Alumni Night at Citizens Bank Park. Daulton had Yuengling Lager, and Burrell drank Grey Goose cocktails. * Nickelodeon's Big Time Rush told fans at the Susquehanna Bank Center on Friday that the boy band had eaten Tony Luke's (Front & Oregon) cheesesteaks earlier that day. *  Garry Peterson, drummer of The Guess Who, had shrimp cocktail at Legal Sea Foods at Philadelphia International Airport on Friday. The Canadian musician may have had "American woman, stay away from me" vibes, as he was dining alone.

Former 6ABC anchor Erin O'Hearn filled in for Han.

17 Days of Fashion set

Northern Liberties lounge Club Aura (628 N. The party will feature fashion-industry insiders, politicians, musicians and media types. It is open to the public, but you must R.S.V.P. To do so or to learn more about the festival, founded by the Philadelphia Fashion Consortium and featuring 21 events, visit 17DaysofFashion.com.

Geek Awards Friday

Good luck to Inquirer reporter Faye Flam and Leah Kauffman, Philly.com executive producer of entertainment and lifestyle, both nominees for a Philadelphia Geek Award. They'll be among those honored Friday at the second-annual Philadelphia Geek Awards ceremony, a black-tie affair, at the Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University.

Kauffman, who sang the "I've Got a Crush on Obama" and "Box in a Box" viral videos, is nominated for her "Firewall" video from last year protesting the SOPA Internet-piracy-protection bill, and Flam is up for an award in the best-headline category.

Eric Smith and Tim Quirino of Geekadelphia.com teamed up with the Academy of National Sciences last year for the inaugural Geek Awards. Tickets for this year's show are $15. For info, visit phillygeekawards.com.
