The Philadelphia District Attorney's Office Wednesday asked anyone with information about a "suspected serial sexual predator" to share that information with authorities.
Jean Casseus, 48, who worked at the city's Criminal Justice Center, is facing an Oct. 3 preliminary hearing for allegedly raping a 15-year-old girl while impersonating a police officer on June 7.
Defense attorney Ronald Allan Smith said Casseus, a married man with children who is active in his church, is not guilty and will fight the charges.
"I guess when they have a weak deck of card, they are looking to pull from other decks to prop up their case," he said in reference to the D.A.'s statement.
