3 workers accused of encouraging toddlers to fight

DOVER, Del. - Three day-care workers were arrested Monday after police said the trio encouraged 3-year-olds to fight each other.

 Police Capt. Tim Stump said the video was taken by one of the women who were arrested. He called the video "shocking, disturbing and infuriating."

Tiana Harris, 19, of Dover; Estefania Myers, 21, of Felton; and Lisa Parker, 47, of Dover, were arrested Monday on charges of second-degree assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and other offenses.

Police said that a video of the incident was shown recently to a Dover police officer, who alerted detectives.

Dover Police Capt. Tim Stump said the video was taken by one of the women who were arrested. He called the video "shocking, disturbing and infuriating."

The day care center's license has been suspended.
