Police are trying to identify the driver of a Chrysler 300 that fatally struck a man and left the scene Sunday on Roosevelt Boulevard in Northeast Philadelphia.
The car, believed to be a model year 2004 to 2010, hit Richard Farrell, 41, who was crossing the Boulevard at Hartel Street at 2:14 a.m., police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver did not stop and continued north in the outer-drive lanes.
Police said the Chrysler 300 is missing its driver's-side mirror and has possible damage to the hood and windows on the driver's side.
