The body of a man who had been fatally shot was found Friday morning in a basement in East Germantown, police said.
The man, described as being between 40 and 50 years old, had been shot twice in the back, police said. His body was found in the basement of a home on the 800 block of East Price Street, police said.
He was pronounced dead at the scene at 8:18 a.m. - Inquirer staff
