Catholic. Jack Quirk's 36 helped La Salle knock off Roman Catholic, 229-276, at Whitemarsh Valley Country Club. Dan Jentilucci shot a 2-under-par 34 to lead Roman.

Michael Lewis' second-half goal lifted Lansdale Catholic over Roman Catholic, 1-0, at Philadelphia Soccer Club in a Catholic League game.
The junior scored in transition with 30 minutes left. Alex Downey recorded six saves for the shutout.
In other Catholic League action, Matt Lucas scored twice and assisted on a pair of goals to lead La Salle to an easy 7-1 win over visiting Cardinal O'Hara.
Joe Stock scored twice and Michael Kirby had a goal and two assists to lead Archbishop Ryan past Monsignor Bonner, 5-1. Jared Ott recorded the win with four saves.
Jarret Tolby scored twice, including the winner in overtime, as Conwell-Egan topped host Archbishop Wood, 2-1. Tolby's goal came after Wood's goalie was unable to clear the ball out of the zone.
Wood had tied the game in the 78th minute on a goal by Tommy Rosenbaum.
Suburban One. Matt Gilbert scored twice and assisted on Brendan Rennie's goal as Central Bucks South blanked Continental Conference foe Quakertown, 3-0. Matt Weigner recorded three saves and posted his second straight shutout.
Nonleague. Episcopal Academy junior John Tyson didn't need to make a save as he earned his first varsity shutout with a 1-0 win at Germantown Friends. Senior Nick Vanveen scored the lone goal, as his cross was deflected into the net by a Germantown Friends defender.
Three second-half goals helped Abington Friends blank visiting Perkiomen School, 3-0. Vin Manta converted a penalty kick 18 minutes into the half and assisted on Kieran Locke's goal 10 minutes later. Alex Fisher capped the scoring three minutes later.
Colin Axel made four saves and three players scored goals to lead Springfield (Montco) past Upper Merion, 3-2.
Cross Country
Perkiomen Valley finished with the top four runners and eight of the top 10 to cruise past Pottstown and Pope John Paul II in a batch meet.
Dave Garton finished first in 16 minutes, 51.6 seconds for the 3.1-mile course.
Catholic. St. Joseph's Prep won the opening league meet by edging Bonner-Prendergast, 31-40, at Belmont Plateau. Roman Catholic finished in third with 59 points.
La Salle won the second race by edging Father Judge, 41-46. Archbishop Wood finished in third with 60 points.
