Authorities on Friday identified a man found dead this week in Sylvan Lake in Burlington Township.
Safford Swain IV, 32, a township resident, drowned accidentally on Tuesday while at the lake in Sylvan Lake Park, between Sunset and Rancocas Roads.
A fisherman spotted Swain's body about 2:15 p.m. that day. An autopsy by the Burlington County Medical Examiner determined the cause of death, which will not become official until toxicology tests are received. - Barbara Boyer
