Harsco Corp., a diversified global industrial services and engineered-products company in Camp Hill, named Patrick K. Decker president and chief executive officer. He succeeds Henry W. Knueppel, who has been interim chairman and chief executive officer and will serve as the company's independent non-executive chairman. Decker was president of Tyco Flow Control, a unit of Tyco International Ltd.

Pennsylvania Horticultural Society, Philadelphia, has hired Nancy A. Goldenberg as senior vice president for programs and planning. She was vice president of planning for the Center City District. Chris Woods was hired as director of PHS Meadowbrook Farm, the estate and garden center operated by PHS in Abington Township. Woods was executive director and chief garden designer at Chanticleer.

Annie Burridge was promoted to senior vice president, institutional advancement, for the Opera Company of Philadelphia. She was director of development.

TD Bank hired Lev Isakov as assistant vice president, store manager, of its Feasterville branch. He had served as branch manager at Citizens Bank in Jamison.

CMF Associates, a Philadelphia provider of financial, operational, and human-capital service to private equity, middle-market, and small-cap public companies, named Kevin Ryan a director in the firm's financial and operational consulting group. He was a consultant.

Mercy Family of Companies, Philadelphia, hired Eileen M. Coggins as senior vice president, compliance and risk management. Coggins most recently served as general counsel and senior vice president of government affairs for Univita Health Inc., Scottsdale.

Thomas Bender, shareholder in the Philadelphia office of Littler Mendelson, was elected copresident and comanaging director of the firm. He is a founding member and former office managing shareholder.

Richard J. Devine has been hired as vice president, commercial relationship manager, at First Savings Bank, Perkasie. He had been vice president of commercial lending at St. Edmond's Federal Savings Bank in Philadelphia.

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, a Calabasas, Calif., firm, has promoted two Philadelphia-based agents to vice president, investments: Mark A. Thomson, Philadelphia, multifamily, and Ken Wellar, Philadelphia, multifamily.

Graham Co., a Philadelphia insurance and employee-benefits brokerage, hired three attorneys to join its Account Service Team. Jennifer L. Corry, an account manager, was with Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller, where she was an associate in the Litigation Department. Micah J.M. Knapp, a producer, was at Cozen O'Connor, where he was a partner in the Global Insurance Group. Timothy Stauss, an account manager, was at Duane Morris L.L.P., where he worked as a Commercial, Securities and Antitrust Litigation Associate.

Harcum College, Bryn Mawr, hired Joyce Ann Welliver as nursing-program director. She was an assistant professor of nursing at Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.

Firstrust Bank, Conshohocken, hired Andrew Tauber as senior vice president of corporate development. He most recently was senior vice president, director of asset strategies for Wilmington Savings Fund Society.
