History: Villanova leads, 11-5, having won all 11 games since 1911 (10 in the last 13 years). Many have been close. Last year, it was 30-21.

About Villanova: The Wildcats have won two straight, which matches their win total from last season. They beat Rhode Island at home, 31-10, last week in their CAA opener . . . They've not allowed a second-half point in their victories . . . They've rushed for 200 yards in each of their opening three games for the first time in two decades . . . Running back Austin Medley (hamstring) won't play . . . Quarterback John Robertson has been the CAA Rookie of the Week the last 2 weeks . . . This is their final nonleague game. Next week, they're at Maine.

About Penn: The Quakers opened with a 28-21 loss at Lafayette in which they committed eight turnovers and were trailing, 21-0, in the first quarter. They scored 14 fourth-quarter points, and also lost the ball at the Lafayette 1 on a fumble . . . This is the 200th game at Penn for coach Al Bagnoli . . . The Quakers have lost three straight, and four of their last five, dating to last season . . . They've started 0-2 in four of the last five seasons . . . Senior Andrew Holland completed 18 passes for 191 yards off the bench against Lafayette . . . Next week, they're at Dartmouth for their Ivy League opener.
