Winning $1 million for matching five without the Power Play were tickets sold in New York, Connecticut, Virginia, Michigan, Louisiana, Texas and New Mexico.
Powerball's annuity jackpot went up to $50 million for Wednesday's drawing, $33 million for the cash.
Mega Millions. A Pennsylvania ticket won $250,000 for matching 6, 8, 14, 43 and 56, but not the Mega Ball of 28 in Friday's drawing. It was purchased at Muhly's Little Store, 137 Center St., in Clarksville, Greene County, south of Pittsburgh.
An Illinois ticket sold in Joliet won $1 million for matching the first five while having the Megaplier multiplier option. In California, where prizes differ because of pari-mutuel payouts, a ticket sold in Suisun City won $173,830 for matching five without the Megaplier.
Tuesday's Mega Millions jackpot will be worth $28 million for the annuity, $21 million for the cash.
Jersey Cash 5. Wednesday's jackpot of $572,013 was won by a ticket purchased at Nelson Mini Market, 2507 Pacific Ave, in Atlantic City. The ticket matched all the numbers drawn: 17, 18, 27, 33 and 35.
