An 83-year-old man has been charged in the shooting death of another man during an argument over a woman in North Philadelphia on Monday.
James Brown was arraigned early today and ordered held without bail on murder and weapons charges.
Police said Brown shot Kenny Butts, 50, in the face during an argument over a woman at Ingersoll and 25th Streets about 5 p.m. Monday.
Police did not spell out the nature of the argument or provide details about the woman involved.
