Cherry Hill police have found the driver of a car suspected in a hit-and-run accident that seriously injured a man this afternoon near the Cherry Hill Mall.
The victim, who sustained severe head and body trauma, was taken to Cooper University Hospital in Camden, police said. He was undergoing surgery.
The victim was crossing Route 38 at Mall Drive about 1:55 p.m. when he was struck in the westbound lanes.
