Three things to watch

Villanova is averaging 256.4 yards per game rushing and, unlike many teams, the Wildcats use the run to set up the pass. Even after allowing 275 rushing yards in last week's 45-37 loss to Old Dominion, Richmond is surrendering just 150 yards per game.

Richmond has scored at least 35 points in four consecutive games, while Villanova has allowed two touchdowns or fewer in four straight contests.

Villanova has outscored teams, 42-7, in the third quarter while Richmond has a 54-14 third-quarter advantage.

Three things you might not know

In last week's loss, Richmond outscored Old Dominion by 20-0 in the fourth quarter.

Villanova punter Mark Hamilton was named CAA special- teams player of the week (seven punts, 43.3-yard average).

Villanova leads the CAA with 17 sacks. Richmond leads in fewest sacks allowed (one).
