Looper A slam-bang blast of a time-travel thriller, with Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Bruce Willis as a guy named Joe - yes, they're the same guy, separated by 30 years in the dystopian future and brought together when Young Joe, a hit man, gets a job to kill Old Joe. Searching for Sugar Man See Rodriguez, the subject of this documentary, on 60 Minutes this weekend, but see the film first. This surprising, inspiring documentary is about a forgotten singer/songwriter who recorded a pair of great, overlooked albums in the early 1970s, and who - unbeknownst to him - became a star in apartheid-era South Africa, a nation cut off from the world. Revelatory, and full of songs that sound like classics. (Rodriguez plays a sold-out show Oct. 28 at Philly's World Cafe Live.) PG-13
