POLICE in Lower Merion have arrested two more Germantown men in connection with an armed robbery at Hymie's Deli, a popular Main Line eatery on Montgomery Avenue near Levering Mill Road.

About 9 p.m. on July 14, a group of gun-toting men burst into the deli and robbed employees and patrons of their wallets and cellphones, police said.

The robbers ran out the back door of the deli without stealing money from the cash register, said Lt. Frank Higgins.

James Dumas, 41, of Locust Avenue near Boyer Street, and Marquis Budd, 20, of Devon Street near Wister Avenue, are being held in the Montgomery County Correctional Facility, police said.

Dumas was arrested in Philadelphia and is being held on $50,000 bail, police said. Budd surrendered to the Lower Merion Police Department and is being held on $100,000 bail.

Three other suspects, Michael Shawn Schaefer, 40; Terrence Lee Albright, 24, and John Leroy Moore Jr. 34, were each arrested in August.

Six men were involved in the robbery, Higgins said, and a warrant has been issued for the sixth man, also from Philadelphia. Cops on Firday could not disclose his identity.
