About 9 p.m. on July 14, a group of gun-toting men burst into the deli and robbed employees and patrons of their wallets and cellphones, police said.
The robbers ran out the back door of the deli without stealing money from the cash register, said Lt. Frank Higgins.
James Dumas, 41, of Locust Avenue near Boyer Street, and Marquis Budd, 20, of Devon Street near Wister Avenue, are being held in the Montgomery County Correctional Facility, police said.
