Not the greatest?

Dawkins was humbled, especially in those five championship losses where he had a grand total of zero tackles for loss, zero sacks, zero interceptions, zero fumbles forced, zero fumble recoveries and zero big plays. All we needed was one play in just one out of five games, and he failed.

Brian Dawkins' legacy: One of the best ever at his position in NFL history. No Eagle will ever wear his No. 20 again. Wonderful husband, father, humanitarian and Christian.

Lonewolf's legacy: bashes Brian Dawkins' legacy.

I still prefer Wes Hopkins or even Bill Bradley at that position as all-time Eagle greats.

Sorry, Charlie

("Ed Rendell: Charlie deserves chance to restore Phillies' greatness")

The mere fact that he was never manager of the year says it all: that it wasn't only Phillies fans who were not very much impressed with Manuel's handling of the team. More importantly, Charlie has shown very little talent and courage for incorporating young talent.

The players clearly don't listen to Charlie anymore.

He's said as much himself in many press conferences this year.
