A Delaware County man was shot late Tuesday night and police are looking for this killer.
Chester police were called to Third St. and Concord Ave. for gunfire with a man down. The 36-year-old victim, of Chester, was found lying in the middle of the street with a gunshot wound to his face. The suspect was seen fleeing west on Third Street. He was wearing a gray hoodie and cargo pants.
Police are withholding the name of the victim, who died at the scene, until relatives are notified.
