Washington coach Adam Bachmann announced in the summer that he would step down after the season because of other obligations. He said the team will be honored by the student body on Wednesday morning at the Northeast Philadelphia school.
Ocasio's sister, Kiara, is a former Catholic League champion and now plays for Division III's Hobart Williams and Smith.

At first singles, Tess Ginn clinched a 7-5, 6-3 win for the Patriots' only victory.
District 1. Hannah Drayton and Rachel Benstock won in singles as Harriton rolled to a 4-1 victory over Unionville in the Class AAA semifinals. At first singles, Brayton won, 7-6, 6-3, over Zaina Zaki. Benstock triumphed, 6-3, 6-0, at second singles over Eleni Giamelos.
The Rams will meet Wissahickon on Friday in the final. The Trojans' were 4-1 winners over Conestoga.
In the Class AA final, New Hope-Solebury won both doubles matches to clinch a 3-2 win over Gwynedd-Mercy.
Kristina DiGiovanni teamed with Cait Cavanagh to win, 6-4, 7-6, at first doubles, and Jess Glassman and Kenzie Cavnaugh grabbed a 6-4, 6-7, 6-2 win at second doubles.
Eliza Lukens-Day finished in first place to lead Germantown Friends to the team title at the Friends Schools League Championship at George School.
Lukens-Day completed the 3.1-mile course in 19 minutes, 24.1 seconds. Isabel Goldstein, also of Germantown Friends, finished in 19:56.6 for third place.
Emily Faught scored once and assisted on another goal to help Notre Dame rally past visiting Germantown Academy, 3-1, in an Inter-Ac League game. Sophomore Taylor Leonhardt scored twice for the Irish.
Friends. Shipley scored twice in the second half and sealed a league playoff berth with a 2-1 win over Moorestown Friends. Demi Karalis and Talia Rosoff scored for the Gators.
Alyssa Holt's pair of goals helped Friends Central edge George School, 3-2. With 5:58 left in the second half, Holt scored off a a pass from Anne Pizzini near the left post.
Nonleague. Makenna Colby and Megan Vermeil scored twice each as Downingtown West rolled to a 5-0 win over visiting Oxford.
Catholic. Summer Taylor had two assists and a goal, and Conwell-Egan rolled past visiting Bishop McDevitt, 4-1.
Friends. Elise Vavourian scored off two corners from Nancy Selig, and Shipley cruised to a 6-2 win over visiting Westtown. Selig, a senior, also scored a goal on Senior Day.
