Powerball: Pa. ticket wins $2 million

No one won the jackpot in Wednesday night's Powerball drawing, but a Pennsylvania ticket hit for $2 million, while a Delaware slip bagged $1 million.

They both matched the first five numbers - 1, 7, 10, 23 and 42 - while missing the Powerball of 35.

The Pennsylvania windfall was doubled because the player also had the Power Play prize-boosting option.

Update: That ticket was purchased at a Wegmans in Bethlehem, Northampton County. The Delaware one was bought at the EZ Check Food Store on College Road in Dover.

Florida had the other $2 million winner, while Texas also had a $1 million winner.

As a result, Saturday's jackpot rose to $80 million for the annuity, $56.2 million for the cash.

Mega Millions. Tuesday's $61 million jackpot was hit by two tickets, purchased in Massachusetts and California.

They matched all the numbers drawn: 13, 37, 40, 46 and 52, with a Mega Ball of 29.

The jackpot rebooted for Friday, with the annuity worth $12 million.
