In Class AA girls, Basso, a sophomore from Villa Maria, shot a par 72 to capture the title by 10 strokes. Basso finished with a two-day score of 150.
Among boys, Wissahickon's Jalen Griffin could not maintain his pace from Monday, as he finished with a 147 score for fifth place in the Class AAA tournament. He had finished Monday's competition with a first-round best of par 71.
