LOCAL ATTORNEY Danny Cevallos is off to Atlanta for about a month to guest-host TruTV's "In Session" on weekday afternoons.

The Chestnut Hill native, who attended the University of Michigan and Notre Dame Law School, regularly offers legal analysis on CBS 3 and on CNN's sister station HLN.

CNN also operates TruTV, on which he will be seen from 1 to 3 p.m. from Nov. 6-9, Nov. 12-16, Nov. 26-30 and Dec. 10-14.

Vinnie Politan and Christi Paul host the other portions of the program. Cevallos is temporarily replacing former host Ryan Smith, also a Philadelphia product, who now anchors HLN's "Evening Express."

Rachael Ray reminder

The " Rachael Ray Show," on which the host can be seen feeding giraffes, lions and tortoises, and visiting Tony the rhino at the Philadelphia Zoo, airs at 9 a.m. Friday on 6ABC. We told you last week that Ray popped into town to tape a segment in which she learns how to be a zookeeper for a day.

Fired for 'inappropriate' talk

Dan Fiorucci, who worked from 1994 to 2002 as a reporter and news writer for phl17 and news writer for NBC 10 from 1997 to 2003 and again from 2006 to 2011, was fired Monday from his reporter job at Anchorage, Alaska, TV station KTUU for "inappropriate online behavior."

The Anchorage Daily News reports the behavior was sexually suggestive conversations with someone posing as a 14-year-old from the website huntinga predator.com. Our efforts to reach Fiorucci on Wednesday were unsuccessful.

Harry healing at home

Reformed playboy Harry Jay Katz is just out of the hospital after 88 days. Katz had a stomach ulcer that burst and then had unsuccessful surgery.

He was in various hospitals and rehab facilities for three months.

Katz was able to get out for the funeral of his beloved mother, Selma Katz, on Oct. 14 and is now back home in East Falls.

He says he can't wait to be back at the Palm or the Prime Rib with his wife, Debra Renee Cruz.

Actors wed with film

Local actors Damian Muziani and Adriana Alveario were married Saturday at the Ritz-Carlton, and guests are still talking about the video spoof that introduced the couple. The actors re-created scenes from "Annie Hall," "The Graduate," "Rocky," "My Cousin Vinny" and "Casablanca" in their clip, which you can see at PhillyGossip.com. Muziani, formerly of phl17's "Better Philly" show, is about to begin shooting a film, "Patric," in town with director Sean McGarry.
