NEWARK, Del. - Delaware state police have arrested a man they say robbed one store and burglarized another a few hours apart.

Theodore Johnson, 30, of Newark, has been charged with robbery, burglary, and other offenses. He is being held on $10,752 secured bond.

Police said Johnson walked into a 7-Eleven about 4:20 a.m. Monday, implied he was armed, and demanded money from a clerk. He fled with an undisclosed amount of cash and merchandise, police said.

About three hours later, authorities said, Johnson threw a rock through a window of a Dunkin' Donuts store, removed cash, and ran away. Johnson was a former employee at Dunkin' Donuts, police said. - AP
