A 47-year-old man was shot in the head Christmas night during an altercation in the Hunting Park section of Philadelphia, police said.
Just before 7 p.m. Tuesday, the man was arguing with an acquaintance in front of a home on the 3800 block of North Darien Street, police said. The person he was arguing with pulled out a gun and shot the man in the left side of the head, police said.
The man was taken to Einstein Medical Center. His condition was unknown Tuesday evening.
