Lottery raffle mints 4 millionaires in Pa.

The latest seven-figure winners in Pennsylvania come not from Powerball or Mega Millions, but the state's Millionaire Raffle.

The four top prizes of $1 million will go to the holders of tickets with these numbers: 00158528, 00023446, 00075876 and 00222718.

Four $100,000 prizes were won by these numbers: 00312400, 00055244, 00441075, and 00025999.

All the digits must match in the order listed.

Claims for either prize can be made at any of the lottery's seven regional offices, including the Philadelphia one at 700 Packer Ave. (For more details, go to www.palottery.com.)

Powerball rolls over. No one matched all the numbers drawn Saturday night - 26, 30, 49, 51 and 54, with a Powerball of 25 - so Wednesday's jackpot will be worth $70 million for the annuity, $44 million cash.

A ticket sold in the Virgin Islands won $2 million for matching the first five numbers, while having the Power Play prize-boosting option. Tickets sold in New York, Illinois and Arizona won $1 million each.

Mega Millions rises, too. Nobody matched the first five numbers - 1, 2, 23, 25 and 55 - plus the Mega Ball of 39. But West Virginia, Tennessee, California and Oregon each sold a ticket that matched the first five, winning at least $250,000. If any of those players also had the megaplier option, the prize would be boosted to $1 million. Tuesday's jackpot will be worth $47 million for the annuity, $34 million for the cash.
