Haverford police confirmed Wednesday that federal officials are investigating the Bryn Mawr location of a health care company specializing in pain management.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation would not comment on why agents visited the Comprehensive Pain Consultants at 574 W. Lancaster Ave. in Haverford Township on Wednesday.
The company has additional offices in Lafayette Hill and Huntingdon Valley. Only the Bryn Mawr location was involved.
The company's website said they offer a number of services including laser therapy, manipulations, injectable medications for pain, massage therapy and pain management.
