Wilmington and Baltimore still have a shot to also see a half-inch.
The heaviest snow was expected below Washington, D.C.

The Weather Channel has even dubbed this threatening winter storm Iago, after the villainous advisor in Shakespeare's Othello.
Some of the winter's coldest weather is coming, with even more frigid conditions next week.
On Friday, Philadelphia should see sunny skies with a high in the mid 30s, and overnight lows in the upper 20s.
The weekend could see the best weather for a while, with highs in the mid to upper 40s under sunny skies, but Sunday night could drop into the low 20s.
By Tuesday, highs could even be below freezing.
