Two men died Friday in South Philadelphia in what police said appeared to be a murder-suicide.
At 5:54 p.m., police were called to the 600 block of Fitzgerald Street, where they found a 44-year-old man lying in a second-floor hallway with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, police said.
A 53-year-old man was found in the second-floor middle bedroom with a gunshot wound to the torso, police said. Medics pronounced both men dead at the scene. - Robert Moran
