Senior point guard Olivia Kane sank four three-pointers en route to a career-high 18 points as host Springfield (Delco) beat Marple Newtown, 63-27. Kane also had seven assists. Alex Poplawski scored 12 points.
Tyra Polite scored 19 points and Dominique Williams added 14 to guide host Upper Darby past Haverford High, 48-28.
Suburban One Challenge. Sophomore point guard Nicole Munger knocked down three three-pointers on her way to 15 points as Central Bucks West downed visiting Pennsbury, 67-44. Maggie Gratz chipped in with 12 points.
Amanda Schneider scored 12 of her 15 points in the first half as Central Bucks South built a 13-point lead and held on to beat visiting Norristown, 50-38.
In her first game back from a foot injury, junior Kristaijah Jackson scored 22 points to lead host Truman over Upper Moreland, 57-47.
ISAA Invitational Shootout. Lauren Gold snagged MVP honors with 19 points as Abington Friends beat Mastery Charter, 52-40. Gold scored 10 in the second quarter to lead Abington Friends on a 20-10 run. Bianca Adams added nine assists and six steals to go along with her six points.
Nonleague. Jackie Bilotto came off the bench to hit two key three-pointers in the fourth quarter and help North Penn move to 14-1 with a 51-48 win over visiting Daniel Boone. Vicky Tumasz scored 10 of her 14 points in the fourth quarter as North Penn rallied from a five-point deficit.
Kristina O'Sullivan recorded a double-double of 26 points and 15 rebounds to power host Upper Merion over West Chester Henderson, 48-40. Dominique Gambone went 4 for 4 from the line in the fourth to help seal the win.
Merion Mercy rode a fast start to a 46-38 win at Phoenixville. Mary Grace Zeller scored 10 points and had eight rebounds. Christina O'Shea added nine points and eight rebounds.
Behind 23 points and 16 rebounds from Kayla Feairheller, host Downingtown West beat Owen J. Roberts, 73-38. Maddie Dew added 22 points.
Senior forward Meghan Horn scored 22 points to pace Conwell-Egan to a 58-45 win over visiting Nazareth Academy. Ashley Smith contributed 16, and Janet Petrino had 11.
Danielle DiSanto's 15 points led host Great Valley to a 34-24 win over Coatesville.
Gracie Cryan scored all seven of Christian Academy's points in the third, leading the Crusaders to a 28-24 win at Westtown. Cryan finished with 10 points.
