Truck Stop: Just Jackie's

What is it: "I always call myself new age comfort food," said proprietor Jackie Borelli, who runs the truck with partner Bonnie Offit of downashore ice cream spot Bonnie's Toppings. "Back in the day, comfort food was pot pies or casseroles. Now it's burritos because that's America now." The menu changes weekly, featuring quesadillas, tacos, sandwiches and soups. Borelli always posts it on her Facebook page ( facebook.com/JustJackiesFoodTruck).

Must get: The spicy chicken sandwich - tender pulled chicken in a vinegar-based sauce. The soups (like a cheesy French onion) are also a must.

Find it: This is a truck on the move, bouncing from Kensington to Olney to West Philly when Borelli pleases. Location info on Facebook or Twitter.

Can't miss: We loved Borelli's food, but we might like the look of her lime green truck more, complete with a sassy waitress mascot. "She's Penelope Pittstop meets Rosie the Riveter," Borelli said. For the record, her name is J.J.
