Aaron Parenti forced a second overtime with a late jumper and secured the win with a blocked shot at the buzzer of the second overtime as Garnet Valley edged Harriton, 67-66. The junior forward finished with 16 points and 14 rebounds. His shot tied the game with 10 seconds left in the first overtime. The Jaguars' Joe Sweeney, a junior forward, had tied the game at the end of regulation with a baseline jumper.
Ty Legree put together a strong second half as Strath Haven erased a nine-point deficit to knock off host Penncrest, 48-43. The senior scored nine of his 19 points in the third quarter and also dished out six assists.
Zain Shaw grabbed 10 rebounds and scored seven points as Ridley downed visiting Springfield (Delco), 39-28. John Fender chipped in with 17 points, and Will Fisher and Eric Trowery scored five each.
Strath Haven outscored the Lions, 31-17, in the second half.
Nonleague. Senior forward John Kane scored 22 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead host Devon Prep over Sankofa-West Chester, 80-70. Ian McConnell, a senior center, added a career-high 18 rebounds, and Mike Giampietro knocked down three threes.
Purnell Wilson scored 10 of his game-high 18 points in the third quarter to lift Perkiomen Valley at Wissahickon, 48-32.
Josh Johnson collected 11 points, seven rebounds, and two blocks to send Norristown past visiting Methacton, 49-41.
Jadyde Garnier scored nine of his 19 points in the second half to lead Freire Charter past host Academy of the New Church, 54-45. Darryl Bryant led ANC with 21 points and three three-pointers.
Jerome Blume grabbed 15 rebounds and poured in 12 points to pace Carroll past host Douglas, 68-60. Jamier Cross scored 16 of his game-high 29 points in the third quarter. Eric Johnson led Douglas with 10 points, 13 rebounds, and eight steals.
Harry Taggart's triple-double helped Masterman roll at CAPA, 89-47. The senior scored 11 points, grabbed 17 rebounds, and dished out 11 assists. Senior Gary Bryant added 24 points, 16 of which came in the first half.
Bryce Allen scored 14 points and Sam Norton added 13 as Hill School downed host Solebury, 67-45.
Senior guard Shakiel Humphrey combined with junior guard Terry Larrier to score 30 points in the second half as Phelps rallied past host Blair Academy, 67-63. Marcus Floyd chipped in with eight assists.
