Villanova University's board of trustees has elected Catherine M. Keating chair and Paul A. Tufano vice chair. Keating is head of investment management, Americas, at J.P. Morgan. Tufano is executive vice president, general counsel, and president of government markets at Independence Blue Cross.

New board members include: Peter G. Gori, pastor of St. Augustine Parish in Andover, Mass.; Elizabeth T. Mazzeo, chief operating officer of Bloomberg L.P.; Robert J. McCarthy, chief operations officer for Marriott International Inc.; and Patrick M. McMahon, CEO and co-chief investment officer of MKP Capital Management L.L.C.

AssociationofCorporate Counsel-Delaware Valley Chapter, a professional association, has elected the following officers to its board:

Grace P. Manno, senior corporate counsel-Americas, QlikTech Inc., is president.

Michael A. Duff, senior vice president and general counsel at Penske Truck Leasing Co. L.P., is first vice president.

Diane Carman, an attorney, is second vice president.

Kevin M. Chu, assistant general counsel, Global Field Legal at SAP, is treasurer.

Constance Lahoda, vice president of employment relations at Aramark Corp., is secretary.

Eric A. Tilles, deputy general counsel/manager ethics and compliance at Arkema Inc., is immediate past president.

Marianne Jackson has been named chair of the board of trustees of the Greater Delaware Valley Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, a nonprofit health advocate. She succeeds Brian R. DiDonato. Jackson is a global commercial vice president for AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals. Gina Clark and Pari Hashemi were named board members. Clark is senior vice president and chief marketing officer at AmerisourceBergen Corp. Hashemi is a financial adviser for Wells Fargo Advisors L.L.C.
