A lawyer filed a lawsuit Thursday on behalf of the mother of a Neshaminy High School student critically injured Feb. 2 when a bus he was riding struck the bottom of a Boston overpass.
Matthew R. Cruz, 16, of Langhorne, was one of 42 Bucks County residents on a visit to Harvard University with a local nonprofit, the Destined for a Dream Foundation. On the return trip, their bus crashed into an overpass on a road along the Charles River. The road had a height limit of 10 feet, which the bus exceeded.
