Philadelphia Bar Association has announced its 2013 slate of officers and members of its board of governors, as elected by the association's membership:

Kathleen D. Wilkinson, a partner at Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker L.L.P., is chancellor; William P. Fedullo, an attorney at Rosen, Schafer & DiMeo L.L.P., is chancellor-elect; Albert S. Dandridge 3d, a partner at Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis L.L.P., is vice chancellor. Sophia Lee, chief counsel in litigation at Sunoco Inc., is secretary. Wesley R. Payne IV, a partner at White & Williams L.L.P., is treasurer. Jacqueline G. Segal, a partner at Fox Rothschild L.L.P., is assistant secretary. Mary F. Platt, counsel at Griesing Law L.L.C., is assistant treasurer. Marc J. Zucker, a partner at Weir & Partners L.L.P., is chair of the board of governors. Eric H. Weitz, a partner at Messa & Associates, is vice chair of the board of governors.

Stradley Ronon attorney Kristin M. McKenna has been elected to the board of Enchantment Theatre Co., a nonprofit based in Philadelphia.

Delaware Valley Healthcare Council of HAP, Philadelphia, has named Michael P. Halter chair; he is CEO of Hahnemann University Hospital. Kathleen A. Kinslow, president and CEO of Aria Health, is vice chair. Laurence M. Merlis, president and CEO of Abington Health, is treasurer. As past chair, Joan K. Richards, president and CEO of Crozer-Keystone Health System, remains on the board.

Friends of the Japanese House andGarden, the nonprofit that operates, maintains, and administers the Shofuso Japanese House & Garden in Philadelphia's West Fairmount Park, has elected the following officers and members to its board of directors: Frederick Huff, principal, Huff Associates Inc., is president; Drew Hanson, Japanese tea ceremony practitioner and teacher at Chado Urasenke Tankokai Philadelphia Association, is vice president; June O'Neill, manager of the Philadelphia Cultural Fund, is treasurer; Karen Rile, lecturer in creative writing at the University of Pennsylvania, is secretary.

New board members include: Andrew Fearon, senior architectural conservator at Materials Conservation Collaborative L.L.C.; Betty Lindley, founder/director of West Park Cultural Center; Miller Parker, CEO of the Philadelphia Business and Technology Center; Takeshi Tachimori, chairman, president and CEO of Subaru of America; and Mirai Yasuyama, project architect at Voith & Mactavish Architects L.L.C.

Duane Morris L.L.P. named partners George Kroculick in Philadelphia and Chester Lee in New York as cochairmen of the law firm's real estate practice group.

Federal Reserve Bank ofPhiladelphia has elected David R. Hunsicker as a Class A director and Rosemary Turner as a Class B director to its board for a three-year term. Hunsicker is chairman, president, and CEO of New Tripoli Bank. Turner is president of United Parcel Service's Chesapeake District.

Pennsylvania Credit Union Association, Trevose, has appointed Richard F. Stipa to its board. He is CEO of TruMark Financial Credit Union. - Mike Zebe
