Y'know this book, Full Service: My Adventures in Hollywood and the Secret Sex Life of the Stars? Right up there on the New York Times best-sellers lists? By Scotty Bowers, 88, it's all about Scotty's adventures in the Hollywood sex trade of the 1940s and '50s. Says he either personally served or set up clients such as Spencer Tracy, Cary Grant, Katharine Hepburn (150 women!), James Dean, and the Duke of Windsor. J. Edgar Hoover comes for a date in drag. So is this Bowers guy lying? Truthing? Laying about him right and left, not caring? Grain of salt alert: He dishes only on dead celebs (delebs?), so they ain't no way to check. BTW, he also "admits" to sexy sex of a sexual nature with plenty of ladies, including Edith Piaf and Vivien Leigh. No wonder this guy's still young at 88 - and no wonder his second wife of 27 years, Lois, won't read it! After scanning it, we second Roger Lewis of the Brit rag The Daily Mail: "If you take it as a novel . . . rather than nonfiction, Full Service is weirdly impressive."

Lindsay Lohan: I'm serious

Now that she's had her day in court - she was ordered to put in even more hours in community service, psychotherapy, and rehab - Lindsay Lohan is seriously working hard to appear serious about her obligations. "I'm taking this seriously and focused on the road ahead," the sometime actor seriously tweeted in response to serious rumors that she went out partying after her sentencing Monday in Los Angeles. "i stayed in last night after a pretty long day."

Celeb lovers together 'n' apart

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were seen together for the first time in 64 days on Tuesday, Life & Style Weekly has ascertained. Rob, 26, was rocking a buzz cut. They were apart while Rob was shooting The Rover in Australia.

In Touch Weekly says Bachelor champs Sean Lowe, 29, and Catherine Giudici, 26, totally are engaged to marry. But they're in different apartments - albeit in the same apartment complex. "I think it's awesome," Lowe, a self-described born-again virgin, tells the mag.

Tidbits 'n' pieces

Bobby Brown, who last month pleaded no contest to DUI charges, turned himself in at a Los Angeles courthouse on Wednesday to begin serving a 55-day jail sentence. . . . Nadya "Octomom" Suleman is under investigation by L.A. County authorities for allegedly claiming welfare even though she makes $200,000 a year, sources tell TMZ. . . . Cedric the Entertainer will replace Meredith Vieira as host of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire this fall. . . . Mad Men costars Vincent Kartheiser and Alexis Bledel are engaged, says Us Weekly. . . . The Berklee College of Music will present honorary PhDs to Carole King, Willie Nelson, and Annie Lennox on May 11. . . . Members of Philadelphia's Girl Scout Troop 93547 visited Anderson Cooper on Anderson Live Wednesday to deliver his cookies. . . . "People can be so mean," Kim Kardashian, 32, tells Us Weekly over insults issued in the blogosphere over the baby weight Kanye West's baby mama's been putting on.

Yes, Pink is awesome!

Regional hero Pink is making national headlines after she stopped her Sunday show at the Wells Fargo Center to comfort a little girl in the audience who had broken out in tears. "Is this little girl all right? What's going on?" the artist asked. She offered the half-pint fan some toys and gifts and scolded the crowd for being mean. She's awesome.

Bowie, Bon Jovi duke it out

Beloved in Philadelphia, Jon Bon Jovi's band Bon Jovi has captured the No. 1 spot on Billboard's album charts with What About Now, the band's fifth LP to take the top spot. The album sold 101,000 units, according to Nielsen SoundScan. The band edges out gracefully aging British pop genius David Bowie, 66, whose 27th studio LP, The Next Day, is at No. 2 with 85,000. In an odd twist, Bowie outsold Bon Jovi in the Philly region. Luke Bryan's Spring Break . . . Here to Party sold 61,000 copies to take third place. Also odd: Bowie has never had a No. 1 LP in America.
