Pipeline company to air projects in Chesco, Glouco

Posted: April 05, 2013

Columbia Gas Transmission is holding open houses on Monday and Tuesday in Exton and Swedesboro to outline its proposed expansion of high-pressure natural gas pipelines in the area.

Columbia's East Side Expansion project involves installing an 8.9-mile pipe in Chester County and an 7.4-mile pipe in Gloucester. Both routes largely follow existing pipelines, but would require acquiring additional right of way.

The Pennsylvania open house will be held Monday from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Wyndham Garden Exton Valley Forge at 815 North Pottstown Pike in Exton.

The New Jersey open house will be held Tuesday from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Holiday Inn on Pureland Drive in Swedesboro.

Additional information on the project can be found at http://bit.ly/13XLUE6.
