Carolyn Spellacy pitched a perfect game for visiting Friends' Central, which defeated Academy of New Church, 13-0, in a Friends Schools League softball game on Friday.

Spellacy struck out seven in five innings for the first perfect game of her career.

In other Friends action:

Sophomore first baseman Hannah Stratford went 2 for 3 with three RBIs and a run scored for host Germantown Friends, which beat George School, 11-6. Rachel Allison added three hits and scored three times.

Pitchers Zina Robbins-Maldonaldo and Sefley Cruz combined for a one-hitter in Friends Select's 14-1 win at Shipley. Cruz also hit a home run.

Inter-Ac. Kayla Quinn pitched 31/3 innings of shutout ball in relief for host Penn Charter, which defeated Agnes Irwin, 9-6. At the plate, Quinn went 2 for 4 with a double and an RBI.

Sophomore pitcher Alex Viscusi allowed no runs in four innings and struck out six. Viscusi also went 3 for 4 with four RBIs.

Pioneer Athletic. Junior third baseman Lexi Kehl finished 2 for 2 with a triple, a home run, and five RBIs to power Pottsgrove to a 16-0 win over visiting Pottstown. Pitcher Jenna Trythall picked up the win in the game stopped after three innings because of the mercy rule.

Kelly Wild had three hits and three RBIs and scored a run for Perkiomen Valley, which won at Upper Perkiomen, 9-0.

Suburban One American. Emma Goodrich pitched seven innings, allowed one run, and struck out six to lead Wissahickon to a 2-1 win at home over Upper Moreland. Alex Comonitski and Medith Byrne had one RBI each for Wissahickon.

Allison Taylor drove in two runs and scored twice in Norristown's 8-1 win over host Cheltenham. Maria Sinni was 2 for 4 and totaled three RBIs.

Suburban One Continental. Kristyn Marinelli hit a two-run single in the third inning for what proved to be the winning runs for visiting Central Bucks South in a 4-3 triumph over Central Bucks East. Marinelli was also the game's winning pitcher.

Ches-Mont American. Tasa Fuydal singled in the eighth inning to drive in Rita Reynolds with the winning run in Great Valley's 7-6 triumph at Unionville. Fuydal went 4 for 5 at the plate and pitched from the fifth inning on to earn the win.

Freshman pitcher Kayla Abadie allowed just one hit in five innings to gain the shutout for host West Chester Rustin, which beat Oxford, 10-0. Kayla Abadie hit two three-run homers and Anna Steinmetz had a two-run blast for Rustin in the game stopped early because of the mercy rule.

Girls' Lacrosse

Courtney Donovan scored a game-high seven goals to lead Notre Dame past Springside Chestnut Hill at home, 15-14, in an Inter-Ac league game. Delaney Tuite added five goals.

In other Inter-Ac action, Hannah Keating and Eliza Moran each found the back of the net four times for Agnes Irwin in a 17-7 win at Penn Charter. Laura Panzini added a hat trick.

Friend Schools. Emma Dahle netted six goals for Friends' Central, which beat visiting Shipley, 17-3. Ashley Tedesco added four goals.

Charlotte Wagner and Katie Schick each scored four goals in Westtown's 15-7 win at George School.
